What are your operating hours?

  • Our operating hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Open 7 days!

Do you offer pickup and delivery services only?

Yes, we offer convenient delivery services to make your laundry experience hassle-free. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, Square, Zelle and Cash App payments for your convenience.

How much does your service cost?

Pricing couldn’t be easier. Regular wash is charged $1.50 per pound and a minimum charge of $20.00. Delicate Garments and large bedding, rug and outdoor fabric items are priced by the piece.

Is there a delivery charge?

There are no pickup or delivery fees. However, there are service fees in certain areas that we have challenges in servicing. 

What if I'm not home for pickup and deliver?

No problem. Just leave the laundry somewhere we can access it and then send a message or give us a call to talk about your Pickup/Delivery Instructions. Many customers have us leave their laundry at their back door or in a foyer if they are not home. Whenever possible, please write a drop-off site that’s protected from the elements.

When will my laundry be picked up and delivered?

That depends on your neighborhood . We make every effort to build our routes to make sure you have a consistent and convenient pickup/drop-off same day delivery.

Please note that in some areas where we do not operate on weekends, delivery farther than 30 miles will be on the next business day.

  • Additionally, please note that any laundry greater than 60 lbs may require a 2-day delivery.
  • Any laundry greater than 100 lbs may require a 3-day delivery.
  • Any laundry greater than 150 lbs may require a 4-day delivery.

 

When is the latest I can schedule a pickup?

We prefer you schedule your pickup by 8:00 am the day of your pickup. This allows enough time for the drivers to plan their routes for the day.

Is there a way that Gigi's Laundry Service could remind me to leave my laundry out for delivery?

Sure. We send all of our customers email and text reminders 24 hours before scheduled pickups.

I forgot to leave my laundry out for pickup day. What should I do?

Contact Customer Service by calling (516)522-1246 or emailing info.gigislaundryservice@gmail.com. If our drivers are still in your area, we will make every effort to arrange for a pickup.

Can you pick up and deliver to my work place?

Absolutely. Many of our customers have pickup and deliver to their workplace. Just specify in your laundry preferences the pickup and delivery details.

It's raining outside and I'm afraid my clean laundry will get wet. What should I do?

When the weather’s bad we double-bag your laundry to make sure it’s protected from the elements. We always do our best to protect your laundry however, we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged by the weather or theft after it’s dropped off at your home. Please review the terms and conditions for more details.

I want my laundry washed, dried and folded a specific way, is that possible?

Absolutely! You have full control over how your laundry is done. Choose the water temperature, the type of detergent that we offer, and whether you like fabric softener or not. You can also tell us how you want your clothes dried and folded.

Please Note if you would like to use your own detergent and fabric softener instead of what we offer please email and or call so we can make a note of it when you are scheduling a pick up order.

What happens if you lose/damage some garments?

 

While we are known for our high quality care, mistakes can happen. If we lose or damage an article please notify customer service within 48 hours of the laundry being returned to you. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged after it’s dropped off at your home. Please review the terms and conditions for more details.
